The third floor apartment has two bedrooms with two separate beds. Apartment is on the east side of the building facing the forest, where first snow cross country skiing track is located. The apartment includes a combined living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a sauna, a toilet.

On the ground floor, there is a storage room for outdoor equipment with a locked equipment cabinet. The outdoor equipment storage is just a few steps away from the chairlift.

Cars can be sheltered from the weather in the warm underground parking garage, providing indoor access to the apartment. The property is set to have a high-quality gym and its own ski maintenance room
