Levillas / Rental agency and marketing terms and conditions
- The operator and the contractor (owner) have agreed to abide by the terms of the contract on both sides, once the rental contract has been signed and returned.
- The contractor is responsible for the proper maintenance of the apartment and for notifying any changes that occur during the contract if the changes are material.
- During the term of the contract, the rental property shall also be at the free disposal of the Principal. However, it is the client’s responsibility to clarify the booking situation before his own sale in order to avoid over-selling.
- The invoice for the sale will be paid to the account of the client on the 15th of the following month.
- The owner undertakes that no lower prices will be available anywhere in the offer.
- According to the booking conditions, the rental includes free use of the holiday home, as well as fireplace and sauna wood. The rental includes dishwashing liquid, waste bags, tablecloths, hand sanitizer in the bathrooms and toilet paper (2 rolls/toilet/reservation) and kitchen towels (2 rolls/kitchen/reservation) as well as other utensils. If necessary, an additional charge will be made for the use of the outdoor hot tub.
- Supplies included in the rent will be deducted from the rent invoice on a monthly basis according to consumption.
- The owners’ service charge is invoiced monthly and deducted from the rent statement.
- If the property changes hands during the term of this rental contract, future rentals will be binding on the new owner, unless otherwise agreed.
- It is desirable for the landlord to have valid contents and liability insurance for the property to be rented.
- The apartment must be equipped with appropriate accommodation facilities.
- Apartments are available for rent up to 12 months in advance.
- Cleaning on Sundays and public holidays will always be moved to weekdays, unless there is a changeover day. Exceptions are the period from 15 December to 15 January (Christmas, New Year and Epiphany), when the cleaning charges for Christmas, New Year and Epiphany are doubled. The same applies to bookings made during the main period.
- If, due to the poor condition of the apartment or renovation work, the client has to move to another apartment, the costs will be charged to the owner of the apartment.
- The equipment and machinery must be in good working order at the time of rental; if the broken equipment is not repaired, the customer may be transferred to another property.
- A more extensive basic cleaning of the site is carried out in September-October and a smaller basic cleaning in January.
